Our ‘Hurricane’ Fans are Auxiliary Mining Fans used in underground coal mines to supplement primary fan ventilation. They boost the air flow if the existing air flow is not sufficient. ‘Hurricane’ Mine Auxiliary Fans can be used as either forcing systems where fresh air is pushed into mine headings or exhausting systems that draw out contaminated air.
